Scope and Applicability<\/h3><p>These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the purchase and use of eSIM products and related services (\u201cServices\u201d) provided through the website simtaly.com (\u201cWebsite\u201d) operated by DALASON GmbH (\u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p><p>By purchasing or using any Service, you (\u201cCustomer\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p><p>Customers must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.<\/p><h3>2. Service Description<\/h3><p>Simtaly offers digital eSIM profiles for mobile data connectivity (\u201ceSIMs\u201d).<\/p><p>After purchase, eSIMs are delivered electronically by email, including installation options via QR code, direct link (Apple devices), or manual configuration.<\/p><p>To use the eSIM, you must have:<\/p><ul><li>an eSIM-compatible and unlocked device, and<\/li><li>roaming enabled for the eSIM profile.<\/li><\/ul><p>The eSIM becomes active when it first connects to a supported network included in the purchased plan.<\/p><h3>3. Tariff Types and Data Usage<\/h3><p>Simtaly offers:<\/p><ul><li>Unlimited data plans with a daily high-speed allowance. After this allowance, speed is reduced until renewal (every 24 hours, based on initial activation time). Customers may purchase Day Boost Packages to restore full-speed data for the remainder of the current 24-hour period.<\/li><li>Prepaid data packages, which include a fixed data volume available at maximum speed until consumed.<\/li><\/ul><p>Plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase.<\/p><p>It is not a defect if specific local networks are unavailable, provided at least one included network in the destination country functions.<\/p><h3>4. Ordering Process and Contract Formation<\/h3><p>By completing the purchase process on simtaly.com, you submit a binding offer to purchase an eSIM.<\/p><p>The contract is concluded once we confirm your order electronically (email confirmation).<\/p><p>To complete the purchase, you must provide:<\/p><ul><li>your email address (for eSIM delivery),<\/li><li>your mobile number, and<\/li><li>your current location, to calculate the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) correctly.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5. Payment and Pricing<\/h3><p>Payment is processed securely via Stripe.<\/p><p>All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, which is calculated based on your declared location.<\/p><p>No additional or hidden fees apply beyond the purchase price of the eSIM and any add-on packages.<\/p><h3>6. Delivery<\/h3><p>eSIMs are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment confirmation.<\/p><p>The customer is responsible for ensuring that their email settings permit receipt of automated messages and QR codes.<\/p><h3>7.
