Efter aktivering behandlas den som anv\u00e4nd och \u00e4r normalt inte ber\u00e4ttigad till \u00e5terbetalning.<\/p><p>Men om du upplever tekniska problem efter aktiveringen, till exempel om eSIM inte kan ansluta till det n\u00e4tverk som st\u00f6ds i ditt destinationsland, kan du kontakta v\u00e5r kundtj\u00e4nst och beg\u00e4ra en partiell eller fullst\u00e4ndig \u00e5terbetalning. F\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa oss att l\u00f6sa problemet p\u00e5 ett r\u00e4ttvist s\u00e4tt beh\u00f6ver vi bevis som visar problemet (t.ex. sk\u00e4rmdumpar, enhetsinformation eller felmeddelanden). Innan du beg\u00e4r \u00e5terbetalning p\u00e5 grund av tekniska problem m\u00e5ste du kontakta v\u00e5r tekniska support via chatt eller e-post f\u00f6r en m\u00f6jlig l\u00f6sning av problemet.<\/p><h4>Tidsram<\/h4><p>Din \u00e5terbetalning eller ditt byte kommer att behandlas inom 14 dagar.<\/p><h4>\u00c5terbetalningsprocess<\/h4><p>F\u00f6r att beg\u00e4ra en fullst\u00e4ndig eller partiell \u00e5terbetalning, skicka ett e-postmeddelande till support@simtaly.com och beg\u00e4r \u00e5terbetalning. Om k\u00f6pet omfattade mer \u00e4n en produkt, ange vilka produkter du vill f\u00e5 \u00e5terbetalda. Om eSIM redan har aktiverats, v\u00e4nligen l\u00e4gg till bevis som visar de uppkomna problemen.<\/p><p>Alla \u00e5terbetalningar som godk\u00e4nns kommer att utf\u00e4rdas till den ursprungliga betalningsmetoden. Om en \u00e5terbetalning godk\u00e4nns kommer den ber\u00f6rda eSIM:en att kopplas bort i geng\u00e4ld.<\/p><h4>Utbyten<\/h4><p>Inom 6 m\u00e5nader efter k\u00f6pet kan eSIM \u00e5terbetalas eller bytas ut mot en annan produkt med samma pris. Om det finns en prisskillnad f\u00f6r den nya produkten \u00e5terbetalas det \u00f6verbetalda beloppet till den ursprungliga betalningsmetoden eller s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste kunden betala det underbetalda beloppet f\u00f6re leverans av den nya produkten.<\/p><h4>Avgifter<\/h4><p>Vi tar INTE ut n\u00e5gra extra avgifter f\u00f6r att beg\u00e4ra eller behandla \u00e5terbetalningen.<\/p><h4>Kontakt<\/h4><p>V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att se till att varje kund k\u00e4nner sig trygg och v\u00e4l omh\u00e4ndertagen.
