Etter aktivering behandles det som brukt og er normalt ikke berettiget til refusjon.<\/p><p>Hvis du imidlertid opplever tekniske problemer etter aktivering - for eksempel hvis eSIM-kortet ikke kan kobles til det st\u00f8ttede nettverket i destinasjonslandet - kan du kontakte kundest\u00f8tteteamet v\u00e5rt for \u00e5 be om delvis eller full refusjon. For \u00e5 hjelpe oss med \u00e5 l\u00f8se problemet p\u00e5 en rettferdig m\u00e5te, trenger vi bevis som viser problemet (for eksempel skjermbilder, enhetsinformasjon eller feilmeldinger). F\u00f8r du ber om refusjon p\u00e5 grunn av tekniske problemer, m\u00e5 du kontakte v\u00e5r tekniske kundest\u00f8tte via chat eller e-post for \u00e5 finne en mulig l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 problemet.<\/p><h4>Tidsramme<\/h4><p>Refusjon eller bytte vil bli behandlet innen 14 dager.<\/p><h4>Refusjonsprosessen<\/h4><p>For \u00e5 be om full eller delvis refusjon, send en e-post til support@simtaly.com og be om refusjon. Oppgi dato og klokkeslett for kj\u00f8pet, samt e-postadressen som ble brukt ved kj\u00f8pet. Hvis kj\u00f8pet omfatter mer enn ett produkt, vennligst oppgi hvilke produkter du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 f\u00e5 refundert. Hvis eSIM allerede er aktivert, m\u00e5 du legge ved dokumentasjon som viser at det har oppst\u00e5tt problemer.<\/p><p>Alle refusjoner som godkjennes, vil bli utstedt til den opprinnelige betalingsm\u00e5ten. Hvis en refusjon godkjennes, vil den aktuelle eSIM-en bli frakoblet i retur.<\/p><h4>Utveksling<\/h4><p>Innen 6 m\u00e5neder etter kj\u00f8pet kan eSIM refunderes eller byttes mot et annet produkt til samme pris. Hvis det er en prisforskjell p\u00e5 det nye produktet, vil det overbetalte bel\u00f8pet bli refundert til den opprinnelige betalingsm\u00e5ten, eller eventuelle underbetalte bel\u00f8p m\u00e5 betales av kunden f\u00f8r levering av det nye produktet.<\/p><h4>Avgifter<\/h4><p>Vi tar IKKE ekstra gebyrer for \u00e5 be om eller behandle refusjonen.<\/p><h4>Kontakt<\/h4><p>V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l er at alle kunder skal f\u00f8le seg trygge og godt ivaretatt. Vi er forpliktet til \u00e5 inng\u00e5 rettferdige, rimelige kompromisser n\u00e5r det er n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 levere en best mulig handleopplevelse.
