Refunds and Cancellations
We aim to deliver a smooth, reliable, and fair experience for every customer.
What products can be refunded?
You may request a refund within six (6) months of purchase with our no-questions-asked-guarantee as long as the eSIM has not yet been activated.
An eSIM is considered activated once it connects to any supported network for the first time. After activation, it is treated as used and is normally not eligible for a refund.
However, if you experience technical issues after activation—for example, if the eSIM cannot connect to the supported network in your destination country—you can contact our support team to request a partial or full refund. To help us resolve the issue fairly, we require evidence demonstrating the problem (such as screenshots, device information, or error messages). Before requesting a refund due to technical issues it is required to contact our technical support team via chat or email for a possible resolution of the issue.
Timeframe
Your refund or exchanges will be processed within 14 days.
Refund process
To request a full or partial refund please send an email to support@simtaly.com requesting the refund. Please state the date and time of purchase as well as the email, that was used in the purchase. If the purchase included more thatn one product please state the products you would like to be refunded. If the eSIM has already been activated please add evidence demonstrating the incurred problems.
All refunds that are approved will be issued to the original payment method. If a refund is approved the concerned eSIM will be disconnected in return.
Exchanges
Within 6 months of purchase the eSIM can be refunded or exchanged for another product of the same price. If there is a price difference to the new product, the overpaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method or any underpaid amount need to be paid by the customer before delivery of the new product.
Fees
We do NOT charge any additional fees for requesting or processing the refund.
